- Resource and Budget Management: Manage IT resources effectively to satisfy business needs. Administer and oversee IT budget, ensuring optimal utilization of funds for technological advancements, maintenance, and labor costs.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Identify, gather, and distill business requirements, facilitating their translation into concrete IT solutions. This involves facilitating focus group sessions, documenting processes, and aligning IT projects with business needs.
- Project Management: Provide oversight on IT project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage timelines, scope, and budget while coordinating with project teams and communicating regularly with stakeholders.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure all IT applications and systems are compliant with industry guidelines and the firm's internal standards. Identify and ameliorate potential IT operational risks.
- Vendor Management: Handle relationships with third-party vendors, overseeing vendor selection, contract negotiation, and deliverables. Ensure that all outsourcing decisions adhere to budget constraints and resource availability.
- Change Management: Drive the successful implementation of new systems and technologies, supporting teams through transition stages. Support the implementation of robust training programs and minimize business disruption.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
