    As the Coordinator, Platform Partnerships, you will support the arrangement and execution of marketing and distribution efforts for our client.

    As the coordinator, you will utilize your strong organizational skills to achieve short and long-term goals and objectives between internal teams and the partners, ensuring all executional elements of plans are managed and delivered for a seamless launch and live service experience.

    Reporting to the Platform Partnerships Strategist, the Coordinator will be integral to the support teams, worldwide publishing teams, and business development to drive distribution and growth strategy globally.

    The Role:

    To excel in this role as Coordinator, you must have strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You must be a great verbal and written communicator, able to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities at the same time, and be self-motivated, quick-thinking, and adaptable to change. You must have the ability to work proactively and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal cross-functional partners in support of our Platform Partnerships Strategist, as well as have touchpoints with external partners in the execution and management of campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist and support team in day to day tasks
    • Maintain and manage databases, timelines, and files inclusive of creative assets and presentations from both internal and external partners
    • Participate in internal/external marketing and product calls
    • Responsible for taking meeting minutes with clear action items
    • Traffic deliverables and receivables
    • Maintain and communicate changes in timelines
    • Communicate daily as needed with internal and external partners
    • Tracking and managing key documents and milestones across programs such as Airtable and Google Suite
    • Facilitating the completion and execution of contracts such as NDAs and SOWs
    • Assisting with research projects such as analyzing the current gaming landscape
    • Preparing presentations and slide decks, including compilation of screenshots of partner placements during tentpole moments

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years proven experience in digital console/mobile marketing, or related area
    • Proven track record as a partner-oriented leader
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
    • Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Master's degree in marketing or related field or an MBA a plus
    • Game Industry Knowledge desired
    • Gamer a plus
