    JOB SUMMARY

    The Account Management internship will provide an opportunity to learn about health benefit compliance, wellness program management and client management.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare benefit summary sheets and flyers for the Virtual OE folder.
    • Prepare client presentation slides.
    • Request and track wellness requirement data (annual physicals, HY registration, etc)
    • Post enrollment audits - requesting the censuses and putting in Zywave for audit to be completed.
    • Prep the CAA Disclosure for client
    • Request Schedule As & Cs for 5500s
    • Prepare and sending complete stop loss claim forms back to Benecon
    • Track client's available surplus dollars moving into the fall renewal meetings
    • Send out Core Term notices
    • Assist with google drive audits
    • Gather current communications and use to update information in presentations
    • Save docuemnts in G drive
    • Renew plans and enter activities into Zywave
    • Update Medicare Part D notices
    • Ensure all Special Notices for OE are updated
    • Assist with compiling compliance binders

    OTHER FUNCTIONS

    • Displays professional conduct that acts as a positive example for the team
    • Protects confidential material, procedure manuals, and methods of doing business
    • Creates paper and electronic files according to corporate standards
    • Maintains an organized work area that allows co-workers to access information when required during the absence of the employee
    • Uses appropriate conflict resolution, provides constructive feedback to management, and suggests possible resolution
    • Supports other departments and/or additional projects when needed

    ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

    • Ability to sit at a desk in office of location each normal workday
    • Ability to use personal computer
    • Ability to speak and hear in person and by telephone
    • Ability to work in climate-controlled office environment
    • Ability to work outside of the typical 9-5 office hours

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required and actively pursing a Bachelor's level degree
    • Proficient skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and related software
    • Superior communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
