- Conduct financial data analysis and provide insightful interpretations for management reviews
- Collaborate with business leaders to facilitate cost-saving initiatives
- Contribute to the formulation of annual budgets and assist in the creation of monthly forecasts when necessary
- Aid in forecasting and monitoring Capital Expenditure
- Prepare, analyze, interpret, and track return on investment (ROI) for significant Capital projects
- Gather, prepare, and analyze data and reports to support both internal and external audits
- Assist Business Unit Managers in creating impactful presentations and concise analyses, delivering relevant and actionable insights
- Identify the underlying causes of variances and work with the appropriate individuals to determine corrective actions, risks, or opportunities associated with those variances
- Analyze data for reasonableness and appropriateness, actively questioning information and collaborating with others to gain a comprehensive understanding
- Provide support for various corporate requests and presentations as required
- Undertake additional special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's in Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A
- Manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with FAR,CAS and dealing with DCAA, DCMA
