    Job Title:

    Director of Nursing – Outpatient Surgery Center

    Location:

    Yorktown Heights, NY

    Overview:

    This is a direct hire opportunity for a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at a multispecialty outpatient surgery center.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage clinical staff in pre-op, PACU, and OR settings
    • Ensure compliance with infection control, accreditation, Medicare, and state licensure
    • Hands-on nursing leadership with experience in RN Supervisor, DON, or Nurse Manager roles
    • Play a key role in an EMR transition (no paper records)
    • Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays

    Requirements:

    • Active RN license (BSN preferred)
    • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience strongly preferred, but hospital backgrounds will be considered
    • At least 2 years in a nursing leadership role
    • Experience in clinical education and staff development
