    Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has immediate openings for an LREC Program Management and Academic Specialists (LMAS)to join our growing company.

    The LREC Program Management and Academic Specialist (LMAS) will provide 1st SFC (A) with Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for LREC program measurement, test data analysis, incentives tracking and processing, and materials support.

    Responsibilities * Assess and analyze Special Operations Foreign Language Office (SOFLO) database statistics to enhance the effectiveness of the MARSOC LREC Program.


    • Update SOFLO database with most recent testing and training data.
    • Perform quarterly data collection and synchronization from subordinate commands to ensure accuracy of personnel data (assigned units, deployed status, rank change, etc.) in the language database.
    • Consolidate FLPB pay inquiries for MARSOC and submit them to the appropriate department (COR, Testing Center, HQMC) as required.
    • Provide database reports to MARSOC CLPMs as required.
    • Assist unit members to schedule DLPT and/or OPI tests. Function as primary OPI proctor as required in the MARSOC Language and Culture Center (LCC) Testing Center, in coordination with TCO.
    • Coordinate with Headquarters, Marine Corps (HQMC) Intelligence Department, USMC Test Control Department, Camp Lejeune Testing Center, MARSOC and its subordinate commands in support of USMC Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus (FLPB) program. Prepare Page 11 entries as required.
    • Assist with the scheduling of sustainment training, utilizing the in-house SET instructors for both scheduled and walk-in training. Utilize shared calendar to provide updated awareness of scheduling for all MARSOC CLPMs.
    • Compile data quarterly, or as required by COR, and prepare reports suitable for senior audiences. The contractor shall be proficient with data entry and database maintenance, MS Office applications, and local area networks. This includes unit database, production, and readiness reports.
    • Manage the LCC Library inventory, ensuring that study materials are available to students who need them. Order additional materials through the COR as necessary.
    • Draft and review documentation and provide recommended corrections for MARSOC language-related administrative and reporting material.
    • Review and recommend materials, equipment, and supplies in support of language and culture training.
    • Perform as contractor site lead as required. Qualifications
    • The LMAS shall have graduated high school or possess a GED, though higher-level education in Management or Education is preferred.
    • The LMAS shall possess foundational knowledge of LREC programs, and a basic proficiency in a non-English language is preferred.
    • The Specialist shall have at least 2-years' experience working on military pay or personnel issues and be able to use all current Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
    • US Citizenship Required.
