    The role of Site Facilities Manager primarily works alongside security, IT, and maintenance staff to ensure our building and grounds are clean, safe, and operational. This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer. As the Site Facility Manager, you will have overall accountability for driving Enterprise Facilities Management (EFM) capabilities within one assigned site facility. This position is a single point of accountability and will deliver a quality, safe, compliant, and productive workplace environment within the site, with a high-touch customer service orientation. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising vendors. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the facility quality, safety, compliance, and performance for site-level business customers. Interact with site and corporate leaders to represent facilities.
    • Ensure the facility adheres to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation.
    • Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements. Serve as primary site liaison for environmental health & safety compliance (as appropriate).
    • Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments.
    • Supervise and communicate with external contractors and vendors (janitorial, security, pest control, etc.).
    • Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.
    • Run routine maintenance inspections.
    • Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes. Responsible for the management of an annual site facilities budget per business need.
    • Assist in space planning and utilization, ensuring optimal use of office space to meet the site needs.
    • Implement business continuity plans, safety inspections, and infrastructure management projects.
    • Support and maintain maintenance and installment work with outside vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness.
    • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
    • Coordinate office moves, expansions, or reconfigurations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Manage furniture and equipment inventory, making recommendations for replacements or upgrades.

    Skills & Requirements:
    • Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills.
    • Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks.
    • Ability to recognize and communicate emerging site issues.
    • Good people management skills, strong technical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
    • Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
    • Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
    • Possess leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Contract handling experience.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, interpret technical instructions in mathematical form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.

    Salary Range:
    • $65k - $85K / Annually

    Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant certifications preferred.
    • At least 5-10 years' experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a related field.

    • Full-Time (M-F, 8am-5pm CST)
    • On Call Availability
