    The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and be adept at drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

    Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of synthetic organic chemistry, biochemistry, and pharmaceutical sciences
    Conducting legal research related to intellectual property matters
    Providing counsel on intellectual property strategies and best practices
    Handling intellectual property disputes, including infringement litigation and opposition proceedings
    Collaborating with inventors, scientists, and other legal professionals to protect intellectual property rights
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications
    D. or master's degree in organic chemistry or related field
    Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania
    Admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
    Strong academic background with a focus on intellectual property law
    Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
