Event Operations Assistant


Responsibilities

  • Provide support to venue Event Managers on assigned event days
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including maintenance of department manuals and documents
  • Oversee new hire documentation for union personnel
  • Act as a venue liaison for designated concert VIP programs
  • Additional responsibilities to be assigned by the Event ManagerQualifications
