    Location: Hybrid Remote in Los Angeles, CA, 90046

    Pay Rate: Salary/65,000-80,000 per year BOE

Our main product is a modular sofa collection we call "The World's Greatest Modular Sofa" that includes features such as endless modularity, water-repellent and stain-resistant fabrics, removable and machine-washable covers, memory foam cushions, and many more. All products are sustainably-built, free from harmful chemicals, and designed to last 10 years or more.

    Objective/Purpose:

    We are currently looking for an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating our local delivery program while ensuring issues related to the local delivery program are raised quickly to management while offering up solutions. The ability to utilize quickly changing systems and processes will be a key long term success factor for this position.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all outbound Local orders are delivered on a timely basis. No late orders where inventory is fully allocated.
    • Create the local delivery schedule for 3 delivery teams, delivering and assembling 3 orders per team per day.
    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience for our local customers through high quality/high touch communication. Picking up the phone and interacting with customers many times a day is a key part of this position.
    • Create and optimize routing for each team's deliveries.
    • Coordinate Returns and Cancellations, once approved by manager, to ensure system alignment and customer satisfaction.
    • Complete order requests and modifications from all parts of the company (Sales/Marketing/Concierge).
    • Communicate with a sense of urgency to our warehouse and management team where issues, problems, may be present to find solutions.
    • Assist in updating appropriate local delivery operational SOPs.
    • Meet our Inbox 0 KPI where we respond to all inquiries by the end of the day.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations.
    • Ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
    • Weekly and Monthly reporting of KPIs and tracking statistics.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in an operational role.
    • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with an extra emphasis on spelling and grammar are of the utmost importance.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role, experience directly in delivery operations is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
    • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
    • Technically Proficient/Experience with google's suite of tools, Notion, Slack, Gorgias, NetSuite, Aircall, TaskRabbit, DispatchTrack or similar tools.
    • Team player with a strong positive attitude.
    • Be a creative problem solver that is the internal champion for our customers.
