    We are looking for a Senior

    Backend

    Software Engineer to join our team and work on all levels of application development from design to operation.

    What you will be doing:

    As a SeniorSoftware Engineerat Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Engineering team, collaborating with the product owner and other product stakeholders to deliver the latest security and identity products.


    You will be a part of a new team, developing a new SaaS-based product, utilizing advanced technologies, and participating in the design and implementation of the new product.

    Participate in the development of a new, cloud-based software product
    Write stable and scalable code, packaged as microservices
    Participate in code reviews

    What you will bring to the table:


    5+ years of experience in C#and demonstrated ability to produce production-ready code at a company of comparable size and complexity.

    Experience with containerized applications in Kubernetes within a CI/CD environment using Azure DevOps, or a similar platform.
    Expert working within a microservice architecture, with knowledge of both asynchronous and synchronous GRPC/HTTP-based requests.
    Experience with event-based messaging systems like Service-Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
    Experience with document databases, such as Cosmos or Couch, data modelling
    Familiar with modern, cloud-based infrastructure such as Azure/AWS
    Experience with agile development methodologies
    Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
    Effective communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
    All-around team player who is self-motivated with a high work ethic


    Bonus Points:
    Experience with Azure Cloud
    Experience with front-end technologies, Vue and typescript
    Good understanding of REST APIs
    Experience with Azure Cosmos DB
