    Description

    Our client, a dynamic player in the production and logistics industry, is seeking a Stager to join their team. As a Stager, you will be part of the operations department supporting the fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Stager

    Location: Weslaco, TX

    Pay Rate: $14 per hour

    What's the Job?

    • Stage materials, components, or products for the next steps in production or shipping.
    • Verify and organize items based on work orders or schedules.
    • Label materials and ensure accuracy of staged items.
    • Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
    • Keep staging areas clean, safe, and well-organized.

    What's Needed?

    • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting or moving materials.
    • Previous staging, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
    • No minimum experience required.
