    Hybrid - 3 in office, 2 remote
    Phoenix, AZ Only

    Intended length of Assignment: 6 Months with Possible Conversion, Looking to CTH after 4 months.

    This position will work with many changing projects.

    SRC currently has multiple work sets in Incident Management, problem, etc. We also have additional work focused on prevention, proactive work sets to stabilize the environment.

    Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:

    a. Work with all of the leads in the managers organization to create an understanding of where each project is in the process
    i. Ensure project goals are understood and met, ensuring targets and milestones are met
    b. Occasionally complete the tactical things needed to assist the team as a whole
    c. Work with the manager on setting strategic direction and assist with setting priorities
    d. Each day will be different, some days will be full of meetings while other days may be more about team planning and strategy such as
    i. Building out directions and action plans
    ii. Assist manager with delivering on deadlines
