- Have 10+ years experience leading technical teams performing complex system development
- Can demonstrate the ability to decompose a highly complex system; contribute to design; and oversee development, integration, test, and deployment of systems
- Have recent integration and test experience and significant knowledge and experience in subsystem level verification and validation, integration and test
- Previously led hardware and software teams developing solutions for DoD entities
- Hold an active Secret security clearance and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance
- Possess a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems Security or related field
- Have years experience with US Navy Combat Systems, weapons, sensors, or other related operational military technology
- Possess a quality management related certification
- Hold a Project Management Professional certification
