Job Title:
Temp HR Coordinator/Recruiter
Location: 100% Onsite – Seminole, Oklahoma
Duration: 3–6 Months (Strong possibility for Temp-to-Hire)
Pay Rate:
$24–$29/hour DOE
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator - Recruiter to join our team in Seminole, Oklahoma. This is a long-term contract position requiring expertise in high-volume recruiting and HR coordination.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensuring compliance with HR standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through skilled manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making recommendations for hire
Conduct job postings, resume reviews, candidate outreach, and phone/video interviews
Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screens, and onboarding
Maintain accurate records in Paylocity and ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations
Support HR administration such as scheduling, data entry, and employee file maintenance
Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager communication throughout the recruiting process
Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience (required)
Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS/payroll software (highly preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work 100% onsite in Seminole, OK
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
