Performs a combination of tasks that assist the housekeepers and maintain the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner thereby contributing to a pleasant positive guest experience.
Essential job duties include removing trash and dirty linen from housekeeper s rooms as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor making deliveries to guest rooms for guest requested items such as amenities bedding and linen walking all assigned floors to retrieve all trash and soiled linen other items per managements requests throughout the day vacuuming all assigned floors per housekeeper supervisor s assignment restocking linen supply on each floor by transporting clean linen to the housekeeping storage facilities delivering items to assigned housekeepers throughout the day per housekeeping supervisor s assignment taking initiative greet guests in friendly warm manner communicating networks effectively with staff other departments outside representatives in order maintain productive effective department operation safeguard account assets owners comply policies procedures required department company Sac & Fox Gaming Commission National Indian Gaming Commission monitor casino environment follow established safety procedures provide safety guests co-workers work respectfully effectively part company team ensure guest satisfaction asset protection co-worker respect report work time professional attire display high level of personal cleanliness follow personal appearance standards.
