We're seeking a Services Delivery Consultant to lead enterprise Asana implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client engagements as primary point of contact, from implementation through ongoing success
- Provide expert consultation on Asana workflows and configurations aligned to client business challenges
- Facilitate training and change management activities that drive enterprise-wide adoption
- Serve as voice of the customer, sharing insights with cross-functional and product teams
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economics or equivalent degree
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification highly valued but not required li Exceptional communicator who engages effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives li Solutions-oriented with strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational change ul ul
