- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including students, parents, and school staff.
- Provide medical services in accordance with board policy and state regulations.
- Conduct sports physicals for student athletes as required.
- Collaborate with school staff to promote student health and well-being.
- Document and make referrals for other medically necessary services.
- Maintain medical records, document assessments, treatments, and referrals, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of students' health information.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed.
- Stay current with developments in the field of school medicine and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Other duties as assigned by the administration.
