Job summary
We are seeking Security Officers to join our team at Hammer Head Security. As an unarmed Security Officer, you will represent yourself, Hammer Head Security, and our major retail clients with complete professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong visible point of control for both interior and exterior of the facility at all times
Practice effective communication with Store Staff Management to control flow of inbound outbound foot traffic in safe efficient manner.
- Defuse any incidents with difficult persons using sound conflict resolution skills involve Facility Management as needed.
Proactively monitor CCTV stations identify active areas concern engage appropriately
Patrool construction site regularly identify report safety security risks
Monitor entrances exits prevent unauthorized access Inspect secure gates doors windows fencing Respond promptly alarms suspicious activity Maintain visible presence deter criminal activity Write detailed incident activity reports Collaborate law enforcement emergency services needed Enforce site safety rules report violations Operate monitor security systems surveillance cameras applicable Ensure only authorized personnel vehicles enter premises
