Job Overview

The Membership Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will embody the essence of our brand by delivering unparalleled customer service and ensuring seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Sell membership packages to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our club.
Greet all members and guests with a warm smile, making them feel welcome and valued.
Check-in members and guests efficiently, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
Facilitate communication of special events, promotions, and updates to members and guests.
Answer phone calls in a courteous, professional manner, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and adhere to health and safety standards.
Participate in monthly or weekly department meetings, employee training sessions, and other initiatives as assigned by management.
