    Position Purpose:
    Advises on research

    strategies/approaches


    as well as independently collecting, analyzing and effectively sharing data related to customer or employee effort, satisfaction, desirability, loyalty and overall experience.

    The findings from the lead's studies will help coworkers better understand the customer or employee experience, prioritize improvement opportunities, and measure improvements.

    Reviews research needs with key stakeholders, lead others in learning how to proactively identify them
    Designs research strategies and approaches for major program initiatives. Ensures all research is gathered and analyzed in the context of the customer journey and actively reflects the customer's view of experiences
    Manages intake and resource planning for new research and analysis requests

    Leads the continued evolution of insights and analysis practices and methods with senior leaders through education, advocacy, key stakeholder relationships, and thought leadership.

    Ensure stakeholder engagement by providing training and reference documentation, sharing relevant articles and case studies, and gathering feedback on the effectiveness of deliverables.

    Stays current of industry developments and new technologies
    Mentors Customer Insights Analysts
    Serves as a primary contact for vendors, including outsourcing studies, overseeing professional services engagements, ensuring quality deliverables, and evaluating platform features and vendor

    services/contracts/renewals
    Assists department leadership with candidate recruiting, screening and interviewing process

    Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree in Market Research or Analytics, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, CX/UX Research or Analysis or similar field: 6 years of experience

    Advanced proficiency in Qualtrics, Clarabridge and Tableau and/or Power BI

    Pay Range:
    $84, $151,700.00 per year

    Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
