- Ensure compliance with the Site Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other contractual requirements.
- Establish and maintain resource allocation plans.
- Lead program risk and opportunity management process.
- Provide an effective customer interface.
- Act as the primary customer contact for program activities including briefings to senior customer management.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to employees and functional leads (Contracts, Business Management, Quality Assurance, etc.).
- Provide oversight and coordination of subcontractors.
- Meet program financial goals as established by senior management.
- Ensure program compliance with OSHA requirements.
- Possess the ability to provide/execute comprehensive management of the Program while interacting daily with Program Management and customers at a high level.
- Detailed knowledge of maintenance practices and protocols is required.
- Shall have six years of management and supervisory experience (within the last ten years) in the execution of aviation maintenance contracts. At least one year (within the six years) of management experience shall be in technical program or project work related to naval aircraft maintenance.
