- Coordinate with the institutional review board (IRB) to submit project proposals and ongoing required documentation to ensure study compliance.
- Manage study documents, both paper and electronic, to maintain project organization and HIPPA compliance.
- Support recruitment and coordination of research subjects within the Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs, Behavioral health, population health and for study related activities.
- Support data collection efforts.
- Execute data analysis.
- Conduct literature reviews on study topics as needed.
- Assist in manuscript preparation and submission on relevant projects.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Post-graduate Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research, as defined by the supervisor/lead researcher. Experience with specialized software or datasets, as required by the supervisor.
- Master's Degree
- Experience with the institutional review board (IRB).
- Experience with RedCap data management software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong writing skill.
- Skills in data presentation and analytics
- Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; self-motivated
- Sensitivity to unique/non-traditional life circumstances
