    Pediatric Anesthesiologist – Transform Kid's Surgical Experience with Expert Care

    Join our dynamic team as a Pediatric Anesthesiologist, where your expertise will directly impact the lives of children requiring surgical procedures. This pivotal role combines advanced anesthesiology skills with compassionate patient care, ensuring the safest and most comfortable experience for young patients and their families.     Required Skills:
    • Medical degree (MD or DO) with active medical licensure in relevant states
    • Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
    • Proven experience in pediatric anesthesia, including airway management and patient monitoring
    • Strong knowledge of anesthesia pharmacology and pediatric physiology
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
    • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments with accuracy and compassion

    Nice to Have Skills:
    • Experience with sedation procedures in outpatient settings
    • Familiarity with pediatric pain management protocols
    • Prior involvement in teaching or mentoring medical residents or students
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • Completion of a specialized fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology
    • At least 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric anesthesia settings
    • Prior research or publications in pediatric anesthesiology (preferred)

    Other Requirements:
    • Ability to travel as needed for assignments or professional development
    • Current certifications in ACLS and PALS
    • Valid anesthesia-specific state licenses and DEA registration
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety protocols
