    Position Summary: This position is responsible for monitoring customer delivery requirements and preparing all tagging, shipping documents and shipping related communications for multiple customers.

    Responsibilities
    1. Evaluate short-term customer requirements for discrepancies.
    2. Execute to the shipping timetable through the completion of shipping packets.
    3. As window for customer, process timely and accurate requests from internal and external customers.
    4. Complete all required customer documentation for shipping activities and maintain accurate files.
    5. Maintains all shipping documentation for future retrieval.
    6. Assist the Team Leader and/or Shipping Specialist with trial, design change and new product shipments.
    7. Maintain 5S standards and comply with all safety requirements.
    8. Performs other Production Control activities as needed.
    9. Takes responsibility to notify management if quality issues are not being addressed or procedures are not being followed.
    10. If applicable, accesses customer websites to review daily customer shipping requirements and ASN receipts and provide forecast to the Planning section.
    11. Complies with all IATF-16949 requirements.
    12. May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
    Quality / Environmental Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Follows all procedures and work instructions and makes recommendations to improve the process. Notifies Leader immediately upon detecting any non-conformances.
    2. Records all non-conformances to ensure corrective action and preventative measures are taken and assist in the problem solving process.
    3. Communicates and practices DMNC's Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Takes an active role in achieving and maintaining IATF-16949 and ISO
    Knowledge, Skills, and Education Required
    1. High School diploma or equivalent.
    2. Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
    3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    4. Previous customer service skills are preferred.
    Working Conditions:

    Works mainly in an office environment with occasional visits to the plant required. Must have the ability to use computer and telephone.
