- Drive the LE discussion with Marketing during the forecasting cycle in Kinaxis.
- Review system generated statistical forecast, evaluate weekly/monthly sales patterns, discuss with sales team and finalize next 12 months forecast for all SKUs in Kinaxis
- Ensure Sales OTIF levels by understanding/predicting demand and ensuring timely availability of stocks as per expected orders at CFAs.
- Master and Transactional data management in Kinaxis & SAP for Demand Planning and distribution.
- Clearly communicate market requirements to supply planner, understand production plan and ensure optimum stocks to service all expected orders.
- Ensure minimum back orders
- Understand technical challenges of product manufacturability (if any) and participate in resolving issues and ensure supplies.
- Understand mega brands current trend, position in the market, line extensions and requirements flow to back end and coordinate with CFTs for timely implementation.
- Coordinate with Logistics team and ensure smoothing functioning of the distribution tool for timely availability of stocks at CFAs
- Determine the modes of logistics (Air / FTL/ Surface) and ensure the product are dispatched as per that mode only in order to maximize freight savings without impacting availability
- Ensure inventory of Finished goods at GDC & CFAs are as per the norms
- Review buffer (Target stock level) at various supply chain nodes & transit times, maintain the same into SAP system.
- Timely implementation of regulatory changes such as Artwork revision as per new D&C act, NLEM implementation. Evaluate Institution orders/ forecasting process for serviceability.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain – ideally within pharmaceutical sector
- Pharma/Engineering graduate. MBA degree is preferred
- Familiarity with GMP and regulatory guidelines of Pharmaceuticals
- ERP Experience – SAP-S4 HANA and Kinaxis is must
- Good understanding of planning process, general business practice and inventory control
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a Must
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deliverables at the same time
- Good communication and collaboration skills
