    Description


    We're working with a better-for-you meat processor looking to bring on a passionate Brand Manager to contribute to the brand's national growth.

    You'll work with a dedicated team to introduce consumers to our exceptional organic and antibiotic-free products.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Marketing Planning/Communications

    Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives.

    Execute brand awareness tactics, manage advertising plans, and coordinate marketing materials.

    Create and manage brand guidelines for consistent messaging.

    Collaborate with external agencies for effective marketing initiatives.

    New Product Innovation & Renovation

    Assist in identifying and bringing to market innovation and renovation projects.

    Analysis & Reporting

    Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

    Perform administrative duties and manage brand budgets for maximum impact.


    Qualifications:
    Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.

    Excellent communication skills and creative mindset.

    Understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand management.


    Education & Experience Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree required, Marketing emphasis preferred.

    1-4 years of consumer-packaged goods marketing experience, food preferred.


    Reports to:
    VP of Marketing

    Target salary range for this role is 90k-100k + bonus
