    This is a Full-Time position specifically designed for a dynamic Team Leader who does not engage in sales activities.

    The preferred candidate should demonstrate a successful leadership track record, and familiarity with KW systems and business models is advantageous but not mandatory.

    Relocation to the North Carolina market is a necessary requirement and is acceptable if necessary.

    • Lead the Market Center
    • Implement OP's vision
    • Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
    • Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
    • Lead the development of associates to minimum average income per associate
    • Attain a dominant market share in target markets
    • Build Market Center to acceptable profitability
    • Consult the administrative staff and provide training opportunities Essential duties and responsibilities
    • Weekly recruitment of sales associates through interviewing, selecting, and hiring processes
    • Communicate the Market Center's value and opportunities to all leadership and associates
    • Convey the Market Center's value proposition to potential recruits
    • Supervise the training of both new and experienced sales associates in crucial business areas
    • Take charge of leading sales and business meetings
    • Ensure staff maintains a high level of professionalism and job performance
    • Research competitors and formulate effective business prospecting and marketing strategies for competitive success
    • Organize regular sales meetings
    • Perform performance reviews for both staff and associates Communications/Interactions
