POSITION SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS:

We are in search of a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular ICU at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise! This role will be situated at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Have a crucial role in delivering specialized care to patients with cardiovascular conditions in our cutting-edge intensive care unit
Utilize your expertise, compassion, and dedication to patient-centered care to make a significant difference in the lives of patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to devise and execute individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform necessary procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Offer patient education and support for promoting health and well-being
Accurately and efficiently document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and enable smooth transitions
Join a close-knit team with strong leadership that provides a supportive environment and growth opportunities
Work in a 10-bed unit with an expanding service line and advanced equipment

Minimum Requirements:

Active Idaho or multistate RN license is mandatory
Multistate license holders must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hiring
BLS certification required at the date of hire
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
