    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build new featuresFind creative and elegant solutions to complex problemsParticipate in code reviews to create robust and maintainable codebaseCollaborate with Support and Professional Services teams to solve customer issuesWork in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of lifeHelp scale our platform as we expandRequirements:5+ years of software development experience (preferably with Ruby on Rails)Strong object-oriented design and analysis skillsExperience building REST APIs and micro-servicesGood understanding of common design patternsExperience working with (or similar Javascript framework) and CSSExperience working with databases such as MySQL, including performance and optimizationExperience with technical mentoringThe estimated pay range for this role are as followed:
