Operations Manager Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-day operations at our office located in Northbrook. The idea candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an Operations Manager, you will make an impact on a growing business and improve the quality of life for elders in need. Daily responsibilities will include both Administrative and Managerial duties such as scheduling, benefits management, and general COO support.

Job Responsibilities:

· Scheduling

· Overseeing scheduling department

· Overseeing caregiver training

· Completing annual caregiver performance reviews

· Staying up to date on IDPH policies

· Renewing caregiver benefits annually

· Overseeing caregiver appreciation events

· Responding to unemployment claims and hearings

· Supporting COO as needed

· This position does have an on-call component

· Overseeing Recruiter/Trainer

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· 2 years management experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to work in the office in Northbrook, IL
