    As a Procurement Analyst, you will act as a point of contact between the Fanatics Brands team and suppliers in addition to the following responsibilities.

    Responsibilities
    1. Monitor and update manager regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
    2. Manage an efficient flow of goods to maintain service levels
    3. Align with Director and Manager on appropriate inventory level agreements
    4. Manage inventory turns and mitigate stock outs
    5. Prepare and present weekly analysis of key metrics for area(s) of responsibility
    6. Manage existing and identify emerging risks that stem from business activities
    7. Purchase supply of products/materials
    8. Track and manage purchase orders and transfers through delivery
    9. Collaborate with managers on inventory levels, needs, transfers, waste to ensure accurate reporting and execution
    10. Ensure 1, 3, 6 and 12 month supplier forecasts are maintained and aligned on
    11. Prepare and analyze RFQ's for manager and Director
    12. Maintain vendor metrics/scorecard to drive high service rates
    Requirements
    1. Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field preferred
    2. 2-3 years of previous experience in procurement, purchasing or sourcing
    3. Working knowledge of the industry, processes and market conditions
    4. Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    6. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    7. Excellent analytical skills
    8. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    9. Self managing with a continuous process improvement mentality
    10. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and querying tools
