    Description

    Position Specific Requirements

    • Provide leadership and support for the implementation of customer quality system requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Create and execute programs to establish and uphold quality standards for current products and services, while developing initiatives to drive employees towards enhancing quality.
    • Formulate policies, procedures, and strategies to assess and enhance the quality of products, materials, components, and operations.
    • Supervise the daily operations of Quality Department personnel.
    • Establish and execute methods and protocols for process control, enhancement, as well as testing and inspection to ensure flawless product delivery according to design specifications.
    • Examine reports and defective items to identify patterns and propose appropriate corrective measures.
    • Ensure successful completion and documentation of system tests, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
    • Oversee the facilitation of IATF/TS1694 compliance.
    • Carry out any other related duties as assigned.

    Skills and Experience Requirements

    • Minimally 5 years of experience in Tier 1 management within the automotive industry.
    • Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
    • Prior exposure to IATF 16949 is mandatory, while familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is desirable.
    • Excellent interpersonal abilities essential for establishing strong relationships across all organizational levels and with clients.
    • Solid analytical background, showcasing the capacity to dissect and interpret complex operational, financial, regulatory, and business data effectively.
    • Skilled in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean practices.
