    Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach




    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Excellent leadership qualities.
    • Passion for developing youth both athletically and holistically.
    • Experience supervising others is desired.
    • Experience with coaching is desired.
    • Must satisfactorily pass: Law enforcement background check with fingerprinting, personal and business reference background check.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Help athletes develop values and morals.
    • Must teach fundamentals of the sport.
    • See and analyze athletes' abilities and mistakes.
    • Provide instruction to correct mistakes that hinder athletic development.
    • Work with varsity head coach to develop program.
    • Assist Varsity coach during games and practices
    • Assist Varsity coach with using Hudl video system.
    • Stimulate sportsmanship.
    • Develop good team spirit.
    • Develop leadership characteristics.
    • Instill self confidence in athletes.
    • Adequately communicate with parents, players, and Athletic Director when necessary.

    COMPENSATION:
    The Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach will be paid in accordance with the CEA contract "Appendix B"
