    This is a great opportunity for an experienced

    Network Ops Engineer

    to oversee our development laboratory environment

    in our Columbus, OH offices .

    This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and innovation of our development, testing, and deployment processes.

    This position requires a strong understanding of server lab principles, infrastructure management, and automation tools.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure of our development laboratory environment including networking equipment, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
    Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
    Use monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance, resource utilization, and application health.
    Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service levels.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product, and customer success to support development and deployment activities.


    Qualifications:


    3-5 years experience in lab management or related roles including network wiring, cage layout, lab troubleshooting, and rack, stack and deployment of new hardware.

    Proficiency in any modern scripting language (Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.)
    Familiarity with using monitoring and logging tools to debug issues
    Excellent problem-solving skills
    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    Preferred

    Qualifications:

    Any Network certification such as Cisco CCT/CCNP, Network+, etc.
    Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
    In-depth knowledge of configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet)

    Location:
    This position is hybrid based in Columbus, Ohio and may require occasional travel.
