- Support efforts to ensure that FirstEnergy's Pennsylvania distribution utility (FE PA) receives adequate and timely recovery of their costs
- Help shape the overall strategic direction for FirstEnergy through various regulatory proceedings (including supporting the writing of testimony and the discovery process)
