    Salary range - $121,000 - $175,000

    Your New Role:
    As the

    Director of Operations , you will

    play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of our alarm and security installation company.
    Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing operations managers.
    Oversee daily operations and the continuous improvement of our operations.
    Provide expert advice on industry best practices, processes, and procedures.
    Establish and monitor departmental processes, policies, and procedures.
    Oversee budgetary planning and adherence to financial targets.

    Your Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. (MBA preferred).
    Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.
    Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the alarm and security installation industry.
    Strong understanding of security system technologies and installation processes.
    Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
    Experience leading and coaching teams on business and budgeting activities.
