Qualifications
CNA license certification prior to hiring.

Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience)
LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.

Responsibilities:
Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Check each guest/patients routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
