- Oversee multiple departments, including silkscreen, packing, shipping & receiving, & inventory management.

- Monitor lead time and fill-rate metrics to ensure customers' orders are filled in a timely manner
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
- Coordinate with purchasing to schedule servicing and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop actionable insights to optimize warehouse performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply-chain management or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in warehouse management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of working with an ERP, excel,
- Familiarity with OSHA compliance standards.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, certification in six sigma or kaizen preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Manager provides leadership and oversight to Tolco's operations, including silkscreen, packing, inventory management, and shipping & receiving.
This key position is responsible for the day-to-day success of the Company and works closely with warehouse associates and other leaders to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate has a strong ability to lead people, experience implementing processes and procedures which improve operational efficiency, has working knowledge of lean enterprise practices, and has a proven track record of implementing safety programs in compliance with all regulations & standards.
