Job Description

Field Engineer:
Must maintain strong technical equipment awareness, apply project management model for project-based development and deployment efforts, provide support for innovative hardware/software/network systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze contract requirements
- Track progress of installations and upgrades
- Work closely with Customer personnel for project visibility

Support with procurement team:
- Identify required equipment/components
- Uncrate, set up, and build out new equipment

Hardware and software configuration, system integration, testing, and documentation

Conduct site surveys, drawings, training of customer personnel

Required Education, Experience & Skills

8+ years of experience required
B.S. in Computer Engineering or related field
Equivalent experience can substitute educational requirement
No weapons certification required
Relevant technical certifications desired
OCONUS TDY required up to 40%
CONUS TDY required up to 10%

*Travel requirements subject to Customer needs

Required Skills

Cisco network devices, TCP/IP, SNMP, QOS, Ethernet, and more
Strong background in Microsoft Systems Engineering
Experience in Windows platform, Hyper-V, TCIP/IP routing, secure scripts
Experience with network switches, routers, firewalls, McAfee products, and more

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

Experience in Customer OCONUS environments, technical training, site surveys
MCSE and/or CCIE certifications
Knowledge of VMWare, ESXi, NetApp, CSFC technologies, and more

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range:
$239,140
