    You will work alongside our in-house Structural PE to generate the solar industry's best structural design, analysis, and calculation packages.


    • Perform structural analysis for building structures and solar mounting systems such as ballasted roof, attached roof, ground mount, and elevated canopy/carports.
    • Produce required structural analysis documentation for the approval of solar permits.
    • Work under the direction of senior staff, adhering to company procedures.
    • Perform structural analysis for existing buildings and create a calculation package.
    • Use AutoCAD to generate drawings and sketches.
    • Participate in project meetings and conference calls.
    • Perform on-site structural inspections and gather information on as-built conditions.
    • Work cross functionally with other teams within and outside the engineering department to ensure clients' needs and internal deadlines are met.
    S. in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus

    • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE).
    • 0-4 years of experience in the analysis and design of renovations, new buildings, and foundations
    • Ability to perform assessments/inspections in the field, including on active construction sites·
    • Knowledge and familiarity with typical software used in engineering consulting, including AutoCAD, TEDDS, and RAM.
    • Thorough knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and other applicable state and federal guidelines.
    • Master's degree in civil engineering; Experience in geotechnical engineering.
    • Experience in site inspection.
    • Knowledge of local building codes (IBC, ASCE7, AISC, ACI).

    This position will be based out of our exciting downtown Hoboken, NJ Headquarters with the flexibility to work a hybrid in-office and remotely weekly schedule.

    We also provide a parking spot for the days when an employee wishes to drive to the office and for those that utilize public transportation, we will cover the costs associated with traveling to and from the office.

    Entry Level (0-2 years' experience): $85,000-100,000 Annually

    • Mid-Level (3- 4 years' experience): $100,000-115,000 Annually
