Real Property Solutions is a national consulting firm specializing in property repositioning and building systems, with over 30 years of experience guiding owners through due diligence, acquisition, development, leasing, management, and disposition of real estate assets. )

Job Type: Open to Full-Time and Part-Time candidates

Your Role: We maintain respect for the past, address the realities of the present, and position our clients for success in the future. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities / Operations Coordinator to join our team and help oversee daily property operations and maintenance coordinator

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities

  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, and building management

  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing repair and maintenance logs for multiple properties

  • Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as assigned

  • Obtain and review proposals and quotes for maintenance and repair projects

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule, monitor, and oversee onsite work

  • Track and document the progress of repairs and maintenance for timely completion

  • Conduct periodic property inspections to assess building systems and conditions

  • Maintain and confirm key control and lockbox systems at each property

  • Manage equipment and supply inventories (e.g., snow supplies, batteries, filters, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and property standards

  • Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and vendor performance reviews

  • Support operations and property management teams on capital projects and building improvements

  • Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and records for internal review

  • Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and service providers
