    Description

    Job Duties

    • Help with NetSuite Implementation, Enhancements and Support in capacity of Functional SME
    • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and prepare BRD
    • Configure and demonstrate solution walkthroughs of configured NetSuite system to customers
    • Identify test scenarios, establish test cases and support SIT, UAT with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
    • Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption
    • Support the Go Live deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover
    • Collaborate with technical team members to help guide the development of customized solutions.

    Qualification/Skills

    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Accounting
    • Proven experience as a NetSuite SME, including full lifecycle implementations.
    • 8+ years of overall hands-on experience with NetSuite.
    • Thorough understanding of business processes
    • Experience with integrations with other systems
    • NetSuite Certification highly preferred - Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator
    • 5+ full NetSuite life cycle implementations
    • Hybrid - Agile methodology Experience
    • Ability to work independently as well as guide any juniors.
    • Excellent communication skills
