One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Project Manager owning the User Services Domain within the Core Services group of the PMO. This domain has 2 agile teams and you will be responsible for running the daily stand ups, leading the charge, sprint planning and retrospectives, removing impediments.

This is an important role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Agile Best Practices: Manage day-to-day Agile ceremonies at the team level and implement Agile best practices to improve team accuracy and velocity
• Cross Team Communication: Drive cross-team communication and maintain healthy cross-team relationships by providing accurate and proactive project tracking to the larger

organization.

• Impediment Removal: Actively identify and remove impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables. Partner with PMO leadership to manage program impediments.
• Program Planning: Participating in quarterly big-room planning, working across the program management office to resolve and plan for cross-team dependencies. Facilitate your assigned teams to make responsible commitments and negotiate competing priorities. Drive teamwork,

communication, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

• Relentless Improvement: Coach teams towards relentless improvement. Lead regular team-level retrospectives that lead to practical improvements and participate in larger cross-team inspect and adapt events.
• Development Team Relationship: Working as a servant-leader within the team, using leadership skills to cultivate healthy and productive working relationships.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-4 years experience as an agile project manager/scrum master in a technical environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required. Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or SA are recommended.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework. SAFe certifications such as Certified SAFe, Agilist, Certified SAFe Scrum Master, and/or Certified SAFe Practitioner are recommended.
• Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, with demonstrated success driving those teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Experience working as part of a larger PMO to deliver complex solutions, working through an agile process to call out issues, remove impediments, and manage risk.
• Experience managing expectations, negotiating compromises, and interfacing between a technical team and business partners.
• Familiarity with the streaming applications, entertainment technology, and/or video and metadata ingestion workflows is recommended.
• Experience working with teams that are distributed across multiple time zones and skills and ability synchronize and establish seamless communication
• Previous experience working with third party applications and integrations including managing expectations, progress and deliverables
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Google Workspace is required. - Familiarity with REST JSON APIs is a plus.
• Understanding http protocol and RESTful services
