    Description

    We're seeking a part-time Social Media Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry or another B2B service industry. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, primarily on LinkedIn, managing all social media channels, and driving brand awareness.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Create compelling content for various social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn. Content creation includes research and ideation, designing graphics and creating short-form videos, copywriting, and publishing and promoting.
    • Support personal branding strategy for leadership, sales, and recruiting teams.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
    • Align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance social media presence.
    • Other ad-hoc sales and marketing support as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in staffing and recruiting or a B2B service industry.
    • Proven track record in social media management, including content creation, copywriting, and analyzing metrics.
    • Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
    • A creative and innovative mindset.
    • Ability to occasionally be onsite for video content creation.
