The right candidate will have the following:

1-3 years of machining (lathe or mill) experience
Proficiency in reading, writing, and editing G-Code
Proficient blueprint reading skills
Prior Tooling knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask
