    Description
    Job Title Service Now Consultant Relevant Experience
    (in Yrs) 10-12 years Technical/Functional Skills .
    Experience Required
    • Certified with Service Nows Administrator and ITIL foundation or at least aware of ITIL processes.
    • Should have knowledge and implemented the ITSM, ITAM, ITBM and ITOM(CMDB, Discovery and Service mapping) platform modules.
    • Should have hands on scripting of Service Now (Client Script and Server Script) to under the existing scripts.
    • Worked on Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub and Flow designer.
    • Hands on integrate and e-Bond Service Now with 3 rd party applications using REST API and web service s.
    • Should be able to build the reports and dashboards using report and performance analytics modules.
    • Interact with customers, understand their business demands, issues, queries and provide solution.
    • Design document(s), presentation(s), educate and demonstration to customers whenever needed.
