    As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will support our Components & Accessories Executive Leadership Team. This role will perform a critical function in providing complex administrative support and must represent the company with a high degree of professionalism. You will perform work assignments that require considerable discretion, judgment, tact, creativity, and initiative when resolving problems. Access and regularly work with information that is sensitive, highly confidential, strategic and critical in nature.

    StandardAero Components & Accessories ("SACS") sector is an almost $500M annual revenue business, focused on the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul ("MRO") of commercial and military engine components and accessories across 12 individual sites today.

    This position reports to the President, Components & Accessories

    What you'll do

    • Serve as a liaison between executives, managers and visitors. Review, request, schedule appointments and meetings and resolve problems requiring in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures, and projects in progress.
    • Coordinate data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations, perform independent research and prepare information for special projects as assigned.
    • Initiate drafts of confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, organization charts; perform other administrative duties.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other executive events. Inform attendees/participants of function dates and times, reserve meeting space, provide audio/visual and other ancillary equipment/materials if required, and hospitality services when appropriate.
    • Screen and direct incoming calls, correspondence and visitors. Refer or personally attend to inquiries and actions that do not require the executive's attention.
    • Coordinate travel, hotel, car rentals, seminar registrations, travel itineraries, agendas, and other pertinent arrangements.
    • Carry out special projects as assigned.

    Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or related field is strongly preferred.
    • Five plus years of assistant experience including executive level support.
    • Strong assistant and administrative support skills.
    • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
