    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

    • Generate new insurance software sales and services revenue to the insurance industry
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualifying leads, responding to RFI/RFPs, and leading contract negotiations
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve financial objectives within assigned accounts/territories
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to promote solution differentiators

    What is Required (Qualifications)

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales role for Property & Casualty Policy Administration Suite(s)
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business
    • Strong understanding of carrier workflows and ability to translate company systems into carrier solutions
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, marketing, or business-related field (or equivalent work experience)
