    Overview:

    The Supply Chain intern will partner with fellow interns and the broader Purchasing team at QSC. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and provides the opportunity to learn about end-to-end supply chain in the AV industry and will be based in our Costa Mesa, Ca. corporate office.

    Throughout the course of the QSC 2024 Summer Internship Program (10 weeks beginning June 24 and ending August 30) interns will work on-site, occasionally virtually if the opportunity arises, and have regular events, weekly lunch and learn sessions and receive training customized by our business units. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into the technical side of QSC. The interns will understand first-hand what a career with QSC is like and will have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network.

    The estimated range for this role is $23-$25 per hour.

    The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location.

    Responsibilities:
    • Learn/assist with purchase order creation.
    • Track lead times and engage with vendors to resolve any backlogs that may impact a project timeline.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in supply chain operations.
    Qualifications:
    • Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
    • Excel abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Some basic exposure to AI is preferred
    • Interest in the AV industry
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn
